Ramona Park is a quiet apartment community located close to Kodak and Greece Ridge Center Mall. The Two Bedroom garden style apartments are comfortable and affordable.  In 2009, a major revitalization was completed at Ramona Park, with each apartment receiving, among other things, upgraded electric, improved insulation, new appliances, and new flooring. There is an on-site laundry facility, exclusively for Ramona Park residents. Residents can rent the single car garages and storage units, that are available on the premises.  They can also have one cat in the apartment, though this requires additional monthly fees. There are regular security patrols and 24-hour emergency apartment maintenance seven days a week.
